There is currently an opening on the Woods Cross City Council. This is to fill the unexpired term of Lisa Schloemer who recently moved to Mississippi. The appointment will be through the end of this year. This seat will be on the ballot this year for a two-year term. Applicants must be a registered voter and have been a resident of Woods Cross for one year. Those interested should submit an application to Mayor Jerry Larrabee, at Woods Cross City Hall, 1555 S. 800 W. prior to 5 p.m. on April 14th. Late applications will not be considered.
The appointment will be made at the regularly held council meeting on April 19th.
