Expecting an apology leads to disappointment.

Mark Towner makes an interesting comment in a recent post at his blog. He says, "I would hope the Supreme Court decision and HB 493 puts to rest that this action was somehow not warranted, and would expect several bloggers who were very vocal in opposition to my actions, without the actual facts of the case, that they might want to apologize to my wife and family."

I can tell Mr. Towner, from my own personal experience, that if you wait around expecting an apology when people have wronged you, you will usually only meet with disappointment. It's better to just forgive those who have wronged you and move on with your life.

WCW, I asked nothing for myself. I asked for an appology for my wife and daughter who were the persons mostly involved. Several Bloggers who will read this comment know exactly who you are. I do not need to mention specific names. All I will say is that most were Democrats and left leaning bloggers.

Respectfully,

The Captain

You know what the funniest part of all this is? Mark has had Mr. Ridgeway on his infamous spam list as recent as several months ago. I would think that violates the spirit of the restraining order if not the letter. I already know from personal experience that he doesn't actually honor unsubscribe requests, so it would seem likely that Towner's still spamming him.

The irony. It is delicious, no?
